I'm down 12 lbs since 12/28. I don't think I'll hit my first mini-goal on target but it was a stretch anyway. Darn wobbles lol. 12 in basically a month is good, just would have liked the extra 3 to be on time. They'll come if I keep doing the doing. Next super-mini goal is to not gain on Superbowl LOL. If I stay out of food during the game I should be ok. My body is used to eating dinner early and fairly lightly most days.

Hoping today will be a quiet day at work so I can work on some projects. First in-service due next Friday and I'm not done yet, another one the week after and haven't started that one yet. Getting some quiet work today would be good but may end up working on the weekend to make sure it all gets completed.

Off to have my coffee and start the morning. Have a great day buddies.
