You may have to get closer to 20 carbs. Do you think you are in ketosis?

I’m having trouble with that , I have the strips , I’m not starving enough

Not sure what you mean by starving. The keto diet is not a starving diet it is a very low carb diet. The most important thing is to get carbs very low, eat high fat and moderate protein. For many people weightloss follows if you can get there. Plan your food around your proteins and fats. Do not watch your calories focus on carbs at first

When I first started Keto I lost inches over weight and then my weight started falling off. Research the Keto diet. Chart your macros so that you can see if you are getting enough fat. You could be eating too many proteins and too little fat. Many new comers to Keto need to gradually lower carbs to prepare their system to burn fat and not sugar. Whatever you do "Don't Starve" yourself, you will completely put your system out of whack. Fasting and starving are two different strategies. Dr. Berg is a good online resource. Good luck on your Keto journey.

I peaked at your food journal and it looks like you are in a good range with fats (at least yesterday). Carbs I think is the most critical factor. If you are diabetic there may be a chance proteins could be a problem. Good luck. You can reduce calories if that is what you feel you need to do of course. Keep us posted

You might be in a stall or plateau, do an egg fast and that will kick start you again and break the stall/plateau. The egg fast is a known trick for people doing Keto, you can find how to do the egg fast with a simple google search.
