I rejoined the gym! 💪😃 now I need to go 👙 this years up goal is to be stronger. I use to lift and work in a gym. I've been a member since I was 18. the last 10 years it's been harder to work out because it makes me so tired. hopefully this will be different always in ketosis. my ketones are crazy high. I wonder if blood thinners can affect ketones? the only thing different is the meds and that one week new years carb cheat. 😃🍨 I have an entire week off, no pay, but I needed it. I've only had 3 days off in over a year. I'll probably go to the gym/spa, look for new job again, and clean my house, oh and SLEEP. 💤💤💤💤 time to get that next 10 pounds OFF, 140s here I come. KETO carnivore on my friends.
