For some reason I just can't get myself motivated! ugh!! I am slowly gaining. It's all in my mindset!! I need to get a grip. I do pretty good at work but when I get home...eat, eat, eat and sit around all evening!
79.8 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

me too! Boy that evening eating is a hard habit to break isn't eat. I've had that habit my entire lifetime. I think we need to drink hot soothing sleepytime tea, or find something else to pacify our need to stick food into our mouths. I have tried chewing gum and it does work for quite a while. Information once published a list of negative foods that you can munch on, the only one I remember is celery and I only like celery if I put cheese or peanut butter on it. Darn... Do you have any tricks you have tried to stop the evening urges?

Howdy girl!! I too have done that! In May after I went to Ca it was a tough go. Challenges are what helped me. It makes me accountable to more than myself. Tomorrow I start a boot camp & last night was the last night of my challenge here so what did I do???? Splurged last night! But truly if you take it day by day & really moment by moment. Decide if you want to commit! You are a professional woman & I know you commit to your work! Now commit to yourself! YOU CAN DO IT!!! We are here for you too! (((HUGS)))

Hang in there! Try making a list of things you can do after you get home from work besides eating: read a book, drink a cup of tea if you feel like eating, go for a walk, etc. YOU CAN DO IT! :)

Maybe plan some healthy snacks so you won't just grab what looks good after work. Try to get moving in the evenings, even if it's just for a short walk. It will work wonders to boost your spirits, lessen stress and motivate you to do more. You can do it!
