Still waiting for input/output to "sort out" but glad for some movement on the scale. I'm wondering if the green beans slow me down or if it's just normal stuff. I know pork (not ham) will pause me for a day or so.

I'm finding I miss having my salads. Been eating what I prepped as main meals until they're gone but wanted a salad yesterday and decided to wait until end of week anyway. Not that I can't go to the store but it's an experiment (and a game to save a few bucks on groceries by skipping a week). It's a self-control (mind) thing so it would be good to remind my body that I'm feeding it but it doesn't always get to choose what "sounds" good.

Going house-sitting Thursday evening so the meal might change. They typically either cook for me or we go out to eat to hang out. They're keto so it should be fine. Just need to stay aware of how much I'm eating. They'll be gone Friday am til late Sunday so I can do what I need to do food-wise without having to incorporate social things.

**Got hungry at 1:45. Adding more food...Was trying to stick with what I made but it's light today. Guess I'll have to do groceries after all, at least a little. I'm gonna run outta eggs!

Green beans are good.. Buy fresh and. Don't microwave them.. Fry them in a mix of butter and coconut oil

Buy whole foods and cook. I'm struggling at this time... And don't like who I am right now
