Yep lol. I’m leaning the new ups and downs. As long as I’m building muscle and stay under 140 I’m good! 140 is just a guess as to when my pants will be too tight and I don’t want to buy new jeans a si just bought 4 new pairs.

LoL. Yeah, muscle is a helper and muscle mass is welcome, even if it's water buildup after workout. I'm currently also heavy on salt and have a very high intake of carbs. I know if I really wanted to, I could quickly drop five pounds... But at the moment, as long as my new skinny pants still fit and my belt is on the smallest hole, I don't sweat it too much 😁

Salt gets me too. Anything over 2800ish and I’ll gain some water weight. 🤷‍♀️ it always comes back off though lol. The thing with carbs is if you cut them you’ll lose water weight quickly but it’ll come back if you have higher carbs from what I understand. I like my carbs so I’ll deal with some water weight. If I’d go back to drinking 4 bottles of water then I think I could keep 1-2# of the water weight off again.
