I can eat a doz without blinking an eye. I have no self control with the exception of keeping them out of my reach. I admire those who can have just one. I'm an addict. I'm addicted to "more", so if I like something, anything, I just keep doing it. Some look at my weight or phasique and say "he has no issues." Well, I like to play the muscel/fat percentage thing so I'm addicted to that to keep me from other more harmful things. Life is comlicated.

I’m an addict too. I love candy bars, donuts, cookies etc. Hubby picked these up and I knew which he likes so it was easy to just have one and let him have the others. I grabbed two cookies on the way out the door before the donuts. Almost grabbed a snickers too. I have a problem lol. For me I know I have lunch coming up so it makes it easier to say no to things or ‘more’. I have to keep one snickers and only one by my chair. If there are two I will eat both. I’m becoming obsessive in my lifting. It does help to think of that and research rather than sit around wanting more junk ;).

I had a dream about donuts last night😂 I saw this this morning and was like 🤔 then saw Diablos post and was like okay.... wth 😳😂😂😋

I was reading Diablos post when hubby brought me the donuts lol. Resisted the blueberry one as it’s his favorite and wanted him to have it.

I am the same way Adam except that I can't eat 12 in a row. I find that I have no desire to eat properly if I eat donuts or dessert that I really like. I am happy that we never have that kind of food in our house because after all everyone needs to agree. I don't crave it and I am in no way deprived.

Rokr not the healthiest. BUT, I, like many on this app, have found that I could lose more weight and be happier with a treat daily. I don’t feel deprived if I have one. That may be a candy bar, a donut, ramen, rice crispy treat etc. Shhh don’t tell anyone but now that I’m in maintenance I sometimes have 2!! Today I had 2 cookies, 1 donut and half a chocolate lasagna so far. I’m pretty much guaranteed to have a snickers and a protein shake later too. But I don’t do this often or I’d gain the weight back.

Lol hubby ate that one too. I did have a bite of the blueberry one to try it. It’s good but too small for it to be worth the calories to me.
