Last night I did 3 neutral grip pull-ups! Sweet. I hadn’t even warmed up yet just jumped right in. Also benched 65 on the decline bench and did 105 on bent over rows. Barely got 3 sets of 6 reps on the rows but did 3 sets of 10 reps on the bench.

I get my tattoos Friday. Anyone know if I can workout afterwards? These will be nipple and areola tats. I plan to ask the lady who does them but am curious now.

I really don’t want to give up a gym day. Especially when I’ll be eating lunch at a restaurant. I’m hoping for Olive Garden which means breadsticks and hopefully their chocolate lasagna.

I’m a little nervous as I’ve never gotten a tattoo before.
