Met calorie goal.
Walking Binky 10/10
Bike 27 minutes.
Stretching 30 minutes (some with bands, some without)

Same level of pain today as yesterday, but felt better for awhile after stretching. Wanted to do longer on bike. My whole body felt great except for my hip while biking.

Onward, friends.
78.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Binkytexas and Binky puppy at last I found one of your journals, Misty says Binky puppy is one very lucky young lady to have an owner like you, she is purring away in my ear. I say you are doing a wonderful job with your exercises❤

Your doing great!! Woot!! You just keep doing what you can that’s all that matters. I know it’s hard especially when you’re in pain. I twisted my ankle two weeks ago I didn’t do any of my yoga tai chi for like three weeks I just start getting back into It this week and I twisted my ankle again today while walking the Lil Bear . I usually do a 1.2 mile walk in the morning with him and I had to hobble home it was awful. I walk with a cane , I have to because of the nerve and leg damage From previous surgery. Am I stubborn side wanted to try to exercise anyway and do my yoga tai chi. My wife knows me so well she called me up and she told me to sit my ass down and put my ankle up 🤣 have a great weekend!! Keep moving forward and be gentle with yourself . 💕🌈
