I know it's just water gain. I've been eating very light. Although I bought some raw nuts to be ready for the Daniel fast starting January 2. I've had some raw Brazil nuts. They are high in calories, even for just an ounce. I think I'll have to weigh how many in an ounce and then eat half of that. Not sure if nuts are okay with gallstones, but I think so. They have the "good" fat. And I haven't had any problems all week other than a little tenderness.
82.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love them as well. Apparantly there is such a thing as selenium poisoning if you eat way too many. Not sure what too many is. I usually limit it to 5

Thanks Draglist and Liv. I've never bought raw brazil nuts before. Not sure of the food diary information. But I weighed 10 for an ounce. Not sure how accurate my scale is. I'll aim for 3-5 while I have them. Also bought raw almonds and pecans.

I don't have a scale that weighs in grams, but that sounds about right or at least similar. 10 nuts weighed an ounce, too many calories to have 10 nuts for a snack. 93 calories for 1/2 ounce. Of course that's just one of the choices in the food diary. Who knows how accurate it is. 3 to 5 nuts sounds like enough and I only bought enough for about a week or so during the challenge (if I don't eat them all before the 2nd! They are a nice snack)

I am really liking the Campbell's tomato soup! Don't think I've had it since I was a kid. Had half the can yesterday and the rest today. Of course, it would be better with a grilled cheese sandwich!

After I started to make my own tomato soup I cannot like it any more. But I used to enjoy it... I liked to add macaroni and boiled eggs to it and sometimes bread croutons
