A pleasant little drop in spite of some recent cookie and cake indulgences over the last few days.
81.4 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Melissatwa.  I've been weighing myself only a few times each week now, instead of daily.  But I am still tracking calories in and calories out as accurately as possible.  The next few holiday weeks will be a challenge with all the upcoming cooking for family meals.
