Pump for me ok?! Hey feel like I’ll never lift again. Now my right elbow is starting to hurt as well. I’m probably favoring my left one so much, a lot of extra work for my right. 🙄🙄 Getting on my nerves. Was trying to avoid cortisone but if this keeps up, I’ll see my doc in January. Enjoy your lifting. I know you love it and so do I. Terrible feeling with this setback. 😞

Yes do. It’s like a snowball, a bad snowstorm. But there’s many who have it worse. Struggling to see things in perspective but I must!! Hoping for a nice Christmas at least. Come Monday, I have a full week off! Can’t wait. 💫💫

Ok now this would probably be my day. Love bi and tri. Shoulders are okay but I’m still getting the hang of things like weighted shrugs. Just feels odd to me?

Sorry wifey. Hope your elbow feels better soon. Hubby hurt his too and now uses a compression sleeve thing. It doesn’t remove all the stiffness and pain or whatever but it helps. He also quit a couple exercises for like 3 weeks then started back at lower weights and is not, probably 6 weeks later, at his full weights again with just some occasional discomfort. Maybe the same could work for you?

Trix are for kids...and shrugs are for boys. But I have a tendency to speak my opinions as FACT. I've never done them. 🤷🏻‍♀️ except like that 🤷🏻‍♀️

I never do shrugs but I do heavy deadlifts or rack pulls. All I need for trap size, any more and I'll look like a 🦍 😂

Peeper my elbow issue is not an injury, it’s tennis elbow, from who knows what!? I did increase weights weeks back and then this started up. Could be related, not sure. My right arm has a long history of tennis elbow caused by repetition at work. But this has hit my left which is puzzling. And now my right is feeling ‘something.’ Just pure agony. Haven’t touched a weight in over two weeks. I was resolved to at least just hold dumbbells for legs, butt, etc but even felt shooting pain from holding only 10’s. It’s intense. And upsetting. I was really getting some awesome definition. It’s not a setback anyone likes so I’m only doing body weight stuff and questioning if I should do that as a lot of it has me holding my weight on my elbows/arms. Idk. Hope to figure it out soon! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😩😩😭😭 Gonna do a minimum of everything til the new year which sucks as I can’t eat all the great food when I’m not lifting as my cal burn is way less. 🤪

Hope you have a great day! Posting weight daily - just don't think I could do it although it would show how wildly weight swings.

My weight is kind of a mess, Fritzy...but who cares. I'm doing fine. Food is everywhere and it's a little harder than I anticipated to resist. Not really over in calories but 500 calories being spent on Nutter Butters is never something I like having to record. And not very filling. Hope to do better today.

I have my pains as well wifey. My left elbow was much worse, now it’s temperamental. I had to take a long break and ease back into curls. I don’t have a good answer, but I think a light weight warmup may help? My left knee and hips have been an issue. Rolling and band activation has helped a lot! Then there’s the right shoulder. I got some tips from a trainer to help build strength without having the pain. It seems to be working. I’ll bench heavy this weekend so we’ll see how this goes. Just thinking I’m hijacking DPs post. Sorry DP. 😁

Oh DP doesn’t mind. She shares her space with me, right Princess???? 🤣🤣 L2E glad someone relates, not glad you have pain, you know what I mean! I’ve only had one injury from almost 5 years ago...a hip mystery getting out of the tub, no slip, no fall but lifting my last foot out and heard a crack. Froze in pain, screaming. Ended up in the ER and Drs could never explain it but I could not walk for days, had to be off work and physio. It was thee worse ever. As bad as tennis elbow is, I can work through most days, it’s when I get home I want to put my arm in the freezer and leave it there!!!! It is like a burning ‘painy’ agony I can’t put into words. But I’ll get through this, 🤞🏻😉

L2E...it sucks because you expect to not have that crap once you lose weight. I have weird stuff and pain but thankfully not long lasting.
