First goal met but honestly didn't get enough calories yesterday. Back to a red line as I change my goal to a healthier number. Planning to be there by my birthday 6/29. 💪🏼 160...we'll see how that looks.

We weigh almost the same - however I am MUCH shorter than you. I need to lose at least 40 pounds, 50 would be better.

I know wifey! So it's likely a false low. I just didn't want to tack on another 500 calories after I got home from the gym and wandered around Walmart for an hour. Walked in about 8:30 and that's too close to bedtime for me to eat very much. I'll chow down today so I don't stall like October. 😉💪🏼

I get it!! My cals have been lower than I like but this tennis elbow flare up has set me back. I’m so mad. Can’t lift hardly, hoping it heals, doing physio and waitingnit our. So can’t chow down like I want when I’m no where near burning the cals I normally do. And I REFUSE to do lots of cardio just to burn cals. What ya think? Am I being smart or dumb? Ever have tennis elbow? It’s AWFUL! 😩😩😩😩
