Thanks for following the wackyvelvetee's FS tribulations. Weighed for a medical check-up earlier today, the doc's scale must be crazy? I normally should do these visits every year, now, I am not really a huge fan of any type of doctors so here I am, 2 years late. She didn't want to prescribe any blood work so I have to see my family doctor. Stupid, this will cost additional money that my insurance will pay. I'll check this loss tomorrow morning if there is any difference with my scale, just because I am curious. I was lazy to cook so I got this amazing kebab. Dedication to Chris and D. It was glorious! Also, it's Tuesday, and I wish I had pictures from my past, I lost everything a few years ago, so can't do any before/after. Never mind. I often get questions like, how to look younger. It's so complicated, you think, yet simple. 1) Be fit, it's visible not only through your body but your face actually shows it as well, inspired by Sharon, Rosio, Key, DP, and many more 2) Ladies, besides eating properly and exercising, take your time to take care of your bloody face. Honestly, it's 10 minutes in the morning and the same in the evening. Not doctored, Mr Chesnut. Happy Tuesday Transformation!

You are a beauty!! What you put on the inside makes you glow on the outside!! You’ve convinced me! ☺️☺️ Seriously, your face is perfect. Mine, not so much. I have some terrible sun damage that no diet or lifestyle can change at this point. 😔😔 Seems while I was growing up, my parents and all my friends parents had no clue what sunblock was?!?!?! Now I bare the damage. I truly hate it. The only thing I can do is APPLY sunscreen to my face every day!! Summer and Winter!!!! Ahhhh...your skin is beautiful. I’m jealous. 😉😍

Black dressing 95% !!! I avoid wearing black. My favorites are white, light cyan and very light brown. Even when i was fat i preferred bright colors.

Tasso I’m +5kg compared to my early 20s. That said, I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. I do have a kinda fragile background because I am allergic to a lot of things.

whatever you are doing pretty woman just keep it up. absolutely stunning, however next time flash that smile! always makes one look younger.... however the serious movie star glare works pretty well too.😁👍🔥
