whoohoo. 159! 💥 this week I've been eating beef burgundy that I made and chicken with butter. I have logged my food but it's not exact. I don't weigh beef burgundy or the chicken. I basically guess which is fine. logging meat is harder to figure. Soooo, now I can crack the 150s hopefully this month! 😃 I have stuck to keto carnivore because I feel horrible with carbs. I can't think and I get lupus flares. I had an onion and garlic yesterday and I immediately felt horrible for about 4 hours. I hope it wasn't the onion, and today I got the runs. hmmm. currently I'm on sublingual compounded thyroid, PET hormone cream , and some adrenal bovine stuff my doctor gave me for low cortisol. I'm not convinced of that yet. I'm still tried. That's my update. keto carnivore on!
