Been a crazy last 2 weeks. I got E.Coli infection and was down and out. Real bad infection. Done my antibiotics and back on track. Hopeful to hit my target of 180 by Christmas!
88.4 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
