Two months off plan on vacation, now home and on track, 20 pounds to goal now. I really dislike have to remove the same 10 pounds over again!
11 weeks until Christmas so the goal is to reach goal 1, 140lbs by then...hm, what will it take? Starting with week one KETO plan today.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
