day 2 of restart! I knew I had a lot of water weight...did good yesterday sticking to plan. got all my water in and had a great walk. Now to do it again!!
80.0 kg Lost so far: 99.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
