I'll be 67 next week. I'm retired but substitute teach 2 days a week. I'm an artist. I design and create polymer clay jewelry and sell it at our farmer's market. I'm also a widow. Just moved to my current city 6 years ago. I've always struggled with my weight. I just found out that my A1C is one point from being a diabetic. That scared me. So, I'm restarting in earnest to get this weight off. I need to lose at least 30 lbs. I'm not targeting a date simply because. A friend told me about this group on Facebook. So here I am!
