My plan is to post my weight on Sundays since I set a 10 week goal, needing to lose 1.5 pounds a week to meet the goal. I've lost 3.2 pounds since last Sunday! 9 more weeks to go til vacation. I do post my weight more than once a week if I see a loss.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
