Started a family weight loss challenge for support. Hopefully this will keep me on the right track. Day 1 and 2 have been pretty good. Working on Day 3.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 54.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
