I have been off my diet since November of last year, so this is day 1 all over again. It's amazing how hard it is to lose weight, but it's so easy to gain weight. I'm feeling horrible health wise. I'm sure my diabetes is all whacked out since I have been consuming sugar. It's time to really focus and make this happen.

Bad news is that my new scale is over by 3 lbs so my old weight increased when I weighed in on my new scale. The good news is I still lost weight. Need to do more activity. Feeling better though.
