After the initial first day of keto meal x3, plus 2026
High calorie, resulted in 3 lb drop (debloating).
Then I skipped breakfast because I was so full. Ate x2, plus 1379 lower calorie, result in 1 lb drop (debloating).
67.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Peppermint1000, I'm not familiar with the "shorthand" you're using. Could you explain what these mean: (1) "keto meal x3 plus, 2026"? (2) Ate x2, plus 1379 lower calorie"? Thanks!

Looks like 2026 and 1379 represent her caloric intake for Monday and Tuesday of this week; plus could mean she over consumed carbs for a strict k-e-t-o-e-r which is what?!? 50 grams of carbs or less. Seems people who try to eat k-e-t-o record carbs and try to stay at or below a number. Some people think k-e-t-o is any limit of carbs and then they fast to avoid food. You learn more by people's food consumption then just a journal entry. Meh, seems Peppermint1000 has found a great way to enjoy fruits and vegetables and maintain discipline aka eating within limits and enjoyed p-h-y-t-o nutrient dense foods along the way. Awesome job!
