Seems like 140 +/- 1 is a realistic goal at 54. exercises have adapted, but I guess that's natural. Had a nice time at USC football home last night with my wife. She's a huge sports fan, and I go along to support her. Looking forward to a calm labor day weekend together. Hope you all have peace today. Be well.
