hurray 😊 feeling pretty good. i got a brand new scale and started some research into my WOE/my goals. since i want to keep losing weight but i also started to lift, i tried to maximize my protein this week. so many times i found myself full when normally i would keep eating.

i looked back at my past logs and that helped me wake up! it is so easy to binge when you're depressed and stressed. i have another year of grad school left, with another exit exam in a couple months, but i'm entering this semester with new strategies. let's do it 💪💪💪💪

I remember well the slog through graduate school! It's so easy to slip up in the diet department -- keeping up with planning and logging and not grabbing from vending machines -- when you're studying. Good luck in all your endeavors! We're pulling for you!

thank you everyone!! and @Miraculum too often that's what happened - the easiest things to grab when studying all day are the worst things for us! thank you! ❤️

It's good that you log it all. I read people here who try to ignore the overages by not logging. Then it becomes a mystery with the 'how' & 'why'. I may not like my numbers end of day, but I'm being honest with myself.

I love logging. It’s easy for me and helped me realize how many calories I was consuming. I go to school as well. It’s hard going as an adult and working. It starts again on the 26th for me, and this semester I’m extra high anxiety before even starting. You would think it’s my first semester 🤦🏻‍♀️

Nice drop - keeping up the protein is always good strategy to squelch hunger.

Logging definitely helps. I love being able to visualize and there's a level of control, even if I feel out of control lol... I admit I'm scared... But here's to the new semester! 💪
