sooo and back down I go 👇. I guess I just proved to myself dairy is inflammatory for me. what a bummer.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Liv001 yup, my knees even hurt again. The only thing I changed was salad and dairy. I shouldn't have gone up 2 pounds and had achy knees. I'm sure when I get to me goal, I'm keep experimenting. Thanks for your support.
