Finally went and got my scale last night after my workout. My workout was great too! I’ve been taking it easy but last night I had so much gas in the tank I pushed myself. I did weighted squats for the first time in over 3 weeks. I know I had Planed to eat better this week but I haven’t really done that great of a job at it 😅 Not too bad though. I’m actually very happy with only a 1.5 pound gain over all this time of not logging, weighting or caring about what and how much I eat. I’m back on track with weighing food and now weight so I think I’m going to focus on dropping 5 pounds or so. Still going to keep my protein as high as I can though.

Thanks Jen! It could be a bit of water weight and just food still processing. I ate a huge taco salad at 10pm last night 😅 it was amazing after my gym sess 😄

I think it's a great pic, too! Your mention of taco salad may influence my vote for date night tonight...
