Lost 3 lbs. this week. I have been going to the gym four times a week. I’m going to try and get to gym 6 days a week doing cardio the other two days.
149.5 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 40.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
