Helloooo August!!! I lost 7.2 pounds past month which isn't much but I was thrilled to see the 280s on my scale today! During my "no measuring-tracking vacation", I realized I suck at dieting! I was triggered alot and gave into cravings and did often eat junk. I ate huge portions. My scale even zoomed up to 298.0 one day! So today at 289.0 is a victory because I reigned in my "stupid" eating. I need tracking to be accountable & honest. I cannot eyeball one tablespoon of dressing or mayo or correct meat portions. I did keep active during past couple weeks, and plan on pushing myself. Let's love ourselves and the rest of this summer!!! :)

Aug 1 Summary: Total lost: 66.0 lbs Waist Measurement: 49.5 inches (down from 60+ inches, needed extra-long measuring tape!)
131.1 kg Lost so far: 29.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree we can't 'eyeball' portions! I have the same problem (its what got us here) and today I'm off to buy a food scale... Congrats on your progress!!

Thanx so much, everyone!!! Yesss to food scales - I prefer the exact amount in grams over measuring cups - I can still overfill a measuring cup or spoon :)

You got this gurrrl! I watched a Dr. Oz video about a 10 day flat belly diet. They recommend only eating between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm and lunch or snacks is bone broth. I’m having some with a tsp of cayenne pepper right now!
