I’m thinking my new weight is 121ish. 120 must be when I’m dehydrated. I have to go up in weight as I build muscle. I’m darn sure not losing much fat lol. I’m also at a calorie surplus in order to gain that muscle. When I think that way this 121.6 looks pretty nice lol.

The doms is killer today. New workout routine last week (Thinner Leaner Stronger). Figured out I did some wrong. Watching vids to try and memorize how my hand, feet and back should be. We have a family history of bad backs from hauling hay starting about 10 yrs old (I lifted 85# alfalfa bales when I was 100# @ 15yrs old). Driving, rolling, bottom layer, pitching them down for feeding then, before driving age, stacking and bucking. That plus wrestling ornery animals makes for back issues later. Two family members have had surgery to correct issues in the back so I want to make sure my back is protected. I’ve seen hubby crawl around after his back gets out of place too many times too. My belt is supposed to be here with USPS by 8 tonight? May try it out if they come on a Sunday!

Legs are so darn sore though! Hard to sit or get up. One hand on a chair arm and I’m good though lol. Icy hot last night and probably a hit back tonight. Icy hot didn’t work well since it’s expired. I’ve known for weeks but I’m avoiding Walmart lol. Gotta dig up the Advil I think.

:). My depression has me in a stage where I’m restless unfortunately. I’ve been sitting around so far today just stretching my legs and arms and being on here. Now I need to help move a round bale for the horses. Then I think I’ll sand on my new project. That may loosen up the muscles some AND help me feel less restless. Hate this new medication but the dr insists I try it another month. I alternate where I have days I want to do absolutely nothing and days I can’t sit still. I’d think I had depression half the time (I do all the time) and adhd ally he toke thanks to this medication lol. Or mania that it’s supposed to help but maybe it’s making it worse. Risky behavior is only eBay shopping for charms less than $1. Love auctions lol.

Adjusting to new meds can really throw someone off. Good for you keeping to your goals

Thanks Jess. I will LZ! New belt for the back if I need it. Advil in my purse for everything I’d i need it lol. Gym night tonight! Even though I hurt after every gym day last week I can’t wait to try it again this week. I bet I’m not quite as sore IF I stick to the same weights. Probably will because I don’t think I can go up 10# and they only have 5# weights to go up with. (It’s taken me 3 months to go from 40 to 65. Jumping to 75 on a week would be out I think.)
