One week done. I've been steadily decreasing for 2 years. My all time high was 2.5 years ago (I stopped weighing myself at 250). Bill (my husband), has always undermined me in the past, and I give up. He has promised no to this time. I have to keep my eye on the prize and keep going. I'll try to post image of myself from summer 2016 today ( my all time high oops...cannot find image. Below is image from December 2, 2016. The day I married Bill. Why? Because it was the best day of my life. The image makes me happy.). I look into the future (I'm 55), and I don't want it to be unhealthy. I want to be the best version of Tracy.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
