Wow, after all those carbs I thought the scale would be screaming at me....nope
I went with Hubby to a Alice Cooper/Halestorm/Motionless in White concert....wow...just wow.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
