Recently received my prep cycle belt (2 belts before Black Belt in Muay Thai) I carb loaded the week before the test and the week after. BG was up as predicted, so going back to the basics and keeping the carbs within the parameters we set out.

Yesterday - 37g no exercise.
Today - 70g with and hour of BJJ rolling for activity level.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
