Trying to find the right eating lifestyle for me. I started out at approx. 210lbs 5 years ago. It was a calorie restricted diet and kickboxing for the first 2 years, I lost weight to 165lbs. I then took up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I gained 20lbs, lots of it is muscle, I currently am trying to find out what my happy macros medium is. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes for 8 yrs, I have Hashimoto's Hypothyroiditis and these two diseases cause me a lot of grief when it comes to metabolism and energy production.
