Well, my weekly weigh in shows me up - dang! We had some friends over for dinner and I had two glasses of wine and some fruit, so the carbs were over. A little fasting is now called for! Back to strict keto. A new week and new focus!
104.3 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
