Thanks! My "solid" high was about 198 mid May, so down about 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Hope to well into the 180's by July.

I was 178.6 in October. 183 Dec.1st. So about 20 pounds since October. 15 or so since December.

Yeah, I may have gone too far but it's cause my motivation was waning in April. I'm back now though!

Nope, never stumbled really, the bulk just went on too long.

I know it works. I’m eating more than most women I know on here, lifting the heaviest I have in my life, have gotten stronger and lost fat. Guess I shouldn’t have asked for more details, I was looking for more specifics to tweak things a bit. I’m good! No worries.

Lmao wifey.. I've been bulking for 40+ years. 🤣😂 No, not intentionally. Never had to bulk. And I know everyone probably thinks I know a ton from Diablo, but I only ask him what I want to know. He'll share stuff if it's a really interesting study and he's good at retaining what he's read but you're better off asking him or looking it up. ❤️
