Did some crunches today, it's still a bit painful but I pushed through. Walking the dogs as we chat. Then rolling out the floors getting ready to put the floors in. I'm doing something this weekend that's very hurtful, I'm lying one of my best friends to rest. He died and was cremated in January but his family are just now lying him to rest. I'm not going to kid myself, I haven't been sticking to my diet as I should not my exercise(injury aside) either. I want so badly to be good to myself but it seems as soon as I do the💩hits the fan. Sorry for ranting, I'm just at a loss today and it's not weight..lol. Have a healthy day 🙋
