mostly fasting 24 hrs/day for 3 days, eating dinner only, giving digestive track a rest.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Why not make Intermittent Fasting a lifestyle? It’s made an amazing difference to my digestion. I fast 18 hrs and eat within a 6 hr window.
