Away all day yesterday at a seminar. strayed off-plan even had a glass of wine! It was good! First one in months, so not worried. Back on track today with lots of physical exercise and intermittent fasting.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
