I just completed week 2 of keto/carnivore. My meals are almost exclusively fatty meats. Most days I eat two meals - as much as I want. It's very filling and satisfying. I'm feeling good and losing weight. Yay!
105.2 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
