Very busy day moving furniture, cleaning rugs, putting it all back, on a fast day.
Mimic Fast: 80 ozs of water; bulletproof coffee for breakfast, avocado and herb tea for lunch; roast beef and pickles for supper. Not a true fast of water only, but eight hours between the food sources mimics a longer fast. Lost 1.3 pounds since yesterday, energy very good all day, can't wait to see the effect on the scale tomorrow.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
