Yay! I finally broke through 150 lb barrier today! I am doing a 5 day "Mimic" Fast to boost ketones and promote Autophagy. Check the internet...fascinating. And it works. 1.8 lbs away from Goal #1 148 lbs, 19 lbs away from final goal 130 lbs.
I can do it! Don't forget the water...I drink 70 - 80 ozs per day.
Mimic fast is:
Bulletproof coffee in the morning with C-8 Medium Chain Triglycerides from liquid MCT oil : Lunch at 11:00 am of 1 Avocado and a 10 oz drink of Barley Green powder and a polyphenol reds powder. Lots of water during the day and then repeat the Lunch menu at 6:00 pm. I also put a Tbls of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in my water twice a day. I keep busy with walking, projects at work and at home to keep myself occupied.
Today cleaning carpets and my fridge and clearing my food cupboards. Oh Joy!
67.9 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
