Not really sure what is happening. I'm not eating in a way that would warrant this weight gain. I just realized I haven't journaled in quite a while. Had some chest pain in February/March. Labs look good. EKG was a little weird. Finally got in with a cardiologist April 1. Did an echocardiogram which looked good. Now I'm on a 30 day monitor. Weird menstrual cycles. Anxiety. I think I need to find my zen again. Not sure how to do it working 2 jobs 6 days a week and watching my domestic life get messier and messier due to neglect. I'm not sure how to break this cycle.
