Back into the 160's!!! Barely but still there! Have managed to eliminate late night snacking. Day 4 of no snacking or wine at night. Working on the 21 days to make a habit thing. Abs in the morning and running in place for 30 minutes as I have no time to go running right now.
24 more days of house guests.
77.0 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 77.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
