Hello,

I have a Fatsecret member since Nov 2012. So far as of June 30 2013 I have lost 17 lbs and am now on Atkins where I plan to lose the rest of my weight and finally see the 120s again.

I enjoy working-out, jogging, and hiking. Have plans to be in the better shape then I have for the last 12 years and enjoy the health benefits that come with being thinner.


I can look forward to saying goodbye to my large waist, my unhealthy cravings for food that isnt good for me. I am especially looking forward to being able to buy clothing I like because it fits nicely! That is going to be great!
