Added a green drink, chlorella, twice a day and also apple cider vinegar in hot water twice a day. Alkalinized the body, reduced inflamation and the weight is moving again after a long period of not budging.
69.1 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
