Feeling great this morning! Got a spin class in this morning. Stress level yesterday was moderate, Energy was fair was fair. I stayed on plan with my meals. I have another long day and I have my lunch with me. No eating off plan today!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
