Calm your mind... set your intentions...allow the universe to work...

After my morning meditation...even though I was gonna get a workout in..decided to take the day off..let my body rest..just a lot to get done today..was gonna cut grass yesterday..but...waited one more day for nicer day..rain on Thursday supposedly..

Weight is up barely..was thinking about that to..getting back in shape and releasing the weight...is a lot like a game..learn all you can..stay consistent in your shooting or throwing..or swinging what ever sport...and see improvement...one bad day..just means learning and moving on to the next...

I expected an upswing..after all the weight that’s been coming off...

Was also thinking about keto...although...I’m still listed as keto...my way of thinking has changed...I eat more protein..less fat and try to keep carbs as low as possible...cept on days I workout...then I have to give my body energy...when I first started keto..it worked great..even through workouts...but as with anything..when it quits working you have to adjust to what works for you...

It’s your journey...everyone has an opinion..as to what worked for them...and some of that info may be of help..but we are all different..with different jobs..and it makes a difference in how we burn the calories...
