Calm your mind... set your intentions...allow the universe to work...

TRIGGERS..
my main trigger..being overly tired and knowing it’s gonna be a busy day..and not prepping ahead to keep on track..was a busy day yesterday...from 9 am-12pm was moving around..then came home...and cut grass...then set out in the windy warm sun for an hour to relax and soak up some sun rays..charge my vitamin stores....after 230 pm...the hunger set in...protein shake didn’t make a dint in the empty hole...was so tired last nite...layed down in bed..that was it..woke at 11pm..to p and get a drink..instead rolled over till 2am...then had to go go...lol..

Be another busy day today..and a sunny day with more vitamin d to soak up...

Just need to plan better since warmer days and more to do when it’s nice out..

Plan to get a workout before the sun gets to high in the sky..to windy outside again today...be zwifting..nice to be in the zone when it’s workout time..makes it so much easier..

Well gonna change clothes....get on bike/trainer...get them endorphins woke up and moving...
