I ate more yesterday that I have in months and still lost weight😲 I did, however reduced my carbs to net 18gms. I checked my Keto strip last night and was very please to see a bright pink(4). Yay!!!! Have a healthy day 🙋
86.8 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
